Annmarie Fairweather leads all practices in relation to people, talent and the culture in Learning Ally. Annmarie is a veteran of 30 years working as a Human Resources leader. She was involved in all industries, and worked with teams of executives to meet objectives for business, particularly in times of rapid development and change. She was a thought leader in translating enterprise-wide objectives and strategic plans into strategies for business and employee engagement. Awed by management, she believes that team building and learning as an essential element to gain competitive advantage. Her extensive experience in small and mid-size companies and Fortune 500 organizations in developing and coaching leaders that have demonstrated positive results have helped to create organizations that were able to embrace the concept of learning and innovation that positively affect groups and companies. Annmarie's love of Learning Ally has inspired her to dedicate her talents and time for the charity. She also supports several nonprofit organizations in her free time. As a part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee Annmarie is committing her time and talents to assisting Learning Ally's mission. In addition she offers support to various non-profit organizations during her free time. The disease of addiction impacts everyone.
